On Oct. first of 1897  Our school originated from Xiao- Long common school ， the temple as temporary school 's classrooms ， it enrolled the students of six-year. 

In Apr. 1910  It changed as four-year common school.

In Apr.1914  It reinstated as six-year common school.

In 1917  It constructed four classrooms ， in Apr. it was set up Xi-Gang branch school.

In Oct.1920  Our school title was changed to ” Jai Li common school.

In 1921  Xiong Yu Xiong Zuo assumed the position as the principal.

In Apr.1921  Set up Fan Zi Liao branch school. (It is Yan-Ping elementary school)

In 1923  Qing Mu Zun assumed the position as the principal.

In 1928  Zhong Jing Wu assumed the position as the principal.

In 1934  Nei Shan Ju Liu assumed the position as the principal.

In 1937  Gao Shan Sheng Zhi assumed the position as the principal. 

In 1940  We moved to the present site.

In Apr. 1941  The school was renamed as ” Jai Li West common school.

In 1945  After the restoration of Taiwan ， Mr. Li Ting Yan took over the position as the first principal.

In Feb. 1946  The school was renamed as Jai Li Town the first common school.

In Feb. 1947  Our school renamed again as Jai Li common school.

In Sep. 1947  Chen Hong assumed the position as the principal ， our school was appointed to be the model common school in November.

In Oct. 1948  The kindergarten was founded ， and it established the memorial library in December. 

In 1956  Set up Ren-Ai common school in Zhen- Shan Li.

In Feb. 1964  A central kitchen was set up ， and it provided nutritious lunch for the students of the school in September.

In Sept. 1965  County government assigned our school as the important model common school ， and constructed the platform and the water tower.

In Aug.1968  The compulsory education was extended to nine years ， the school changed its name to Jai Li elementary school.

In Sep.  1970  Lin Zhu-Sheng assumed the position as the principal.

 In Jan. 1972    School football team won the nationwide Successful Cup football championship.

In Aug. 1973    School football team visited and had a friendly competition in HongKong.

In Apr. 1974    Kun Jiang Building donated by the alumnus kun JiangGao.

In Aug. 1974    The experimentally educational program for children with inaugurated intellesual disability was set up.

In Aug. 1976    Shui Bo, Yang was inaugurated as principal.

In July, 1978    School football team won the third place in the third children football.

In Aug. 1980    School football team won the 3rd place in the Helsiki Cup of Finland; won the 2nd place in the New York Smith Town Cup of America.

In Jan. 1982    Zhong Zheng Hall inaugurated.

In Feb. 1984    New Music Building inaugurated.

In Feb. 1986    New Library and Art meseam inaugurated.

In Aug. 1988    Six lands; 3.1551 hectares, used for school were confiscated. 

In May, 1989    New Basement and three special classroom were built.

In Aug. 1989    You Chuang, Wang assumed the position as the principal.

In 1993,    PU runway was constructed.

In Jan. 1994    RO filtration system was installed.

In Aug. 1994    Yu Ting, Chen was inaugurated as principal.

In Sept. 1994    Audio-visual classroom was built.

In Jan. 1996    Children's wind band was founded.

In Apr. 1996    Hosted the first Tainan County Elementary School sports event.

In Apr. 1997    The toilets were rebuilt.

In Apr. 1997    Principal Yu Ting, Chen wan the Shi Duo Prize, the most glorious honor in the education field.

In 1998    100th anniversary school sports event was celebrated; Alumni Association was formed. 

In 1998    The third elementary school (Xin-Yi) was broken ground.

In 1999    The web site of Jia Li elementary School was available.

In Nov. 1999    Huang jin-bao principal assume office. 

In June, 2000    Completion of the new school gate.

In Nov. 2000    Rescued the typhoon wood fallen Delonix regia.

In Dec. 2004  Old building renovation, completion of the first stage.

In Oct. 2005    Old building renovation, completion of the second stage.

In 2006    The East Teaching Building fully completed. 

In Aug. 2007    Zheng you-jang prinicipal assumed office.

On May 3, 2008    Held one hundred and ten Anniversary Celebration.

In July, 2008    Completion of west side of the fence renovation.

In July-Aug. 2008    Won the runner-up soccer of Thailand Cup.

In Nov. 2008    Won the champion soccer of 12-yesr-old group. (the school cup of National Finals)

In Dec. 2008    Completion of the game equipment, awning and safe cushion. 

On Apr. 29, 2009    Established Sister schools with Zhongshan Elementary School of Taipei City. 

In June, 2009    Completion of Integrated Stadium(the new construction of network layer protection). 

On July 3, 2009    Office of Academic Affairs of the group took part in the 2009 Grea Teach (National Creative Teaching Award) won the Grade A of social field.

On May 4, 2010    Soccer team took part in the game of "Volkswagen Junior World Masters" on behalf of Asia Group in Madrid, Spain.

In July, 2010    Won the Innoschool 2010 Excellent Prize for Management Innovation of National School.

In Sep. 2010    Won the "Excellent Prize" for reading outstanding school in Tainan County.

In Oct. 2010    Won the Excellent Grade for Evaluation of family education visits.

In Nov. 2010 Won the 10-year-old group runner-up and 12-year-old group the Fourth prize of the 99 school cup of National Finals.

On Dec. 25, 2010   Owing to the consolidation of Tainan County, we revised the name of school-Jiali Elementary School, Jiali District, Tainan City.
