視訊會議會遇到的狀況百百種，如果要請對方「開啟鏡頭」，或「調高、調低麥克風音量」，你知道英文該怎麼說嗎？今天就讓希平方幫大家整理一些影片中的句子，並認識更多在線上會議時可能會派上用場的表達法吧！
▪️確認成功連線 首先，線上會議正式開始前，會需要確定大家都有進來會議室，且彼此都能聽到、看到對方，這時候，有幾個常見的句子可以運用，像是：
● Are you there?（你在嗎？）
● Can you see me now?（你現在看得到我嗎？）
● Can you hear me now?（你現在聽得到我的聲音嗎？）
● Hello, I can see you now.（哈囉，我現在可以看到你了。）
▪️畫面相關 線上視訊時，有時會出現畫面停住、對方沒有打開視訊鏡頭，或需要共享螢幕的狀況，這時候，我們可能可以用到這幾個表達法：
● You’ve frozen.（你的畫面停住了。）
● Can you turn on your webcam?（你可以開啟鏡頭嗎？）
● Can you share your screen?（你可以共享螢幕嗎？）
● Can you see the screen I just shared?（你有看到我剛共享的螢幕嗎？）
▪️聲音相關 開線上會議時，也很常會遇到聽不到聲音、聲音跟畫面不同步等等的問題，我們也來看幾個能用上的表達法：
● You’re on mute.（你按到靜音了。）
● Can you unmute your microphone?（你可以開啟你的麥克風嗎？）
● Can you please mute your microphone?（你可以把麥克風調成靜音嗎？）
● Can you turn up the mic volume?（你可以調高麥克風音量嗎？）
● Can you turn down / lower the mic volume?（你可以調低麥克風音量嗎？）
● I can’t hear you clearly.（我聽不太清楚你的聲音。）
● Can you plug in your earphones?（你可以接上耳機嗎？）
● Can you please speak up?（可以請你講大聲一點嗎？）
● Can you please lower your voice?（可以請你講小聲一點嗎？）
● Your audio is out of sync.（你的聲音跟畫面不同步。）
▪️通訊相關 開線上會議時，穩定的網路也是很重要的，如果遇到網路訊號不穩，這幾個句子你可能會用上：
● I'm afraid you've got poor Internet connection.（你的網路訊號好像有點弱。）
● You’re breaking up.（訊號有點斷斷續續。）
● The connection was lost. Can you say that again?（剛才訊號斷了。你可以再說一次嗎？）
● Let me switch to a different Wi-Fi. I’ll call you in a minute.（我換個 Wi-Fi 網路。等一下重新打給你。）
